What does the programme include?

The My Anger Coach programme is a six week programme that includes two one to one sessions with an anger management coach, a weekly coaching group for six weeks and a self-paced video learning programme.

Once you have completed the programme you will receive a certificate of completion that you can use to evidence your engagement in the programme.

  • Two one to one sessions (50 minutes each) with an Anger Management Coach

  • Group Sessions over a six week period

  • Access to the self-paced video learning programme

  • A certificate of engagement letter once you have completed the programme. People often use these as evidence of attending the course.
